Do you have an alternative payment method which protect the Seller and Buyer?

Solnechny Integrated Energies uses an Escrow service provided by one of the major Banks in South Africa as a payment alternative for Transactions above R20 000 or with lead times greater than 5 working days. This service ensures that both the Seller and the Buyer are protected regarding an agreed transaction. The Buyer will pay a fee of R115 when using this service for payment of goods and services. The Buyer will pay the transaction amount into an Escrow account which will only be released to the Seller when the agreed terms and conditions of the transaction are met. We believe this method of payment demonstrates our trustworthiness and that you can rest assured that you are dealing with a genuine company with the best product and service offering.

How exactly will a transaction paid through an Escrow service work?

Step 1

The Buyer identifies the products or solution which they would like to purchase. The Buyer will send Solnechny an enquiry for goods or solution with an indication that payment through an escrow service is a preferred method of payment. This enquiry can be submitted on our website or sent through to our email namely: sales@solnechnyenergies.co.za.

Step 2

Solnechny will generate a quotation with the terms and conditions of the transaction on the Escrow system. The Buyer will get a transaction invitation to accept the quote and the terms and conditions. These will then form the basis for release of funds by the bank when goods are delivered and services rendered.

Step 3

Solnechny will then dispatch goods. The client will sign a delivery note if happy with condition of products.

Step 4

A signed delivery note will be uploaded on the escrow system and funds will be release to Solnechny Integrated Energies.
